SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed through the Neuwing LLC ("Neuwing", "we", "our", or "us") website located at neuwing.co (the "Site") are processed and shipped.

All merchandise sold through this Site is produced and fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment provider, Printful.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

All items are made to order. Orders are processed after payment is received.

Production typically begins within 1–5 business days, but processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and availability.

Because items are made to order, orders cannot be changed once production has started.

  1. SHIPPING TIMES

After production is complete, orders are shipped using the carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method but typically range from:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product type

  • Order size

  • Shipping method

Neuwing LLC does not control shipping rates charged by the carrier or fulfillment provider.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We may ship to international addresses where supported by our fulfillment provider.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Additional carrier charges

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  1. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, we may not be able to change the order once production begins.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

  1. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if damaged)

We will work with the fulfillment provider to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund where appropriate.

  1. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • High order volume

  • Production delays at the fulfillment provider
