REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which purchases made through the Neuwing LLC ("Neuwing", "we", "our", or "us") website located at neuwing.co (the "Site") may be returned or refunded.

This policy applies to merchandise sold through the Site and consulting services scheduled through Neuwing LLC.

  1. MERCHANDISE ORDERS

All merchandise sold on this Site is made to order and fulfilled by a third-party provider, Printful, on behalf of Neuwing LLC.

Because items are produced specifically for each order, returns and refunds are only available in limited circumstances described below.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  1. SIZE OR COLOR ISSUES

Because items are printed on demand, we cannot guarantee fit or color appearance.

Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Color differences caused by screen display

  • Change of mind after ordering

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before placing an order.

  1. RETURNS

We do not accept general returns for merchandise unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Because Printful begins production quickly, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

  1. SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer may prevent replacement or refund.

  1. CONSULTING FEES

Consulting sessions, phone calls, and meetings scheduled through Neuwing LLC require payment in advance.

Consulting fees are non-refundable once the scheduled call or meeting has taken place.

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests may be approved at our discretion.

Missed appointments may not be refunded.

  1. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
